Aureate

Privacy

Effective November 6, 2026.

Aureate is made by Selvage LLC, Illinois. The short of it: we collect nothing. Everything Aureate records and measures stays on your iPhone.

What stays on your iPhone

Microphone and speech recognition

Aureate uses the microphone only while you practice. Speech is transcribed by Apple's recognition running on the iPhone itself; Aureate requires on-device recognition and will not record if it is unavailable, rather than send your voice to a server.

What reaches anyone else

Aureate makes no network requests of its own. It has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and shares nothing with anyone. If you buy the unlock, the purchase is handled by Apple through the App Store under Apple's privacy policy; we receive no personal information about you from it.

Deleting your data

Settings in Aureate deletes your recordings. Deleting the app deletes everything it holds. Since we hold nothing about you, there is nothing for us to delete on request, but you can write and ask.

Children

Aureate is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Questions: [email protected].
